Hey there!
My name is Nasr and this is my son @MiloTheCorgi.JPG
Since a very young age, I’ve always had a great appreciation for photography with relatives documenting every step of my life. Once I got a phone and the advent of social media, I found myself in love with taking artful photos for the fun of it with friends in our free time.
Eventually, in high school, I was gifted my very first camera on Christmas 2014 from my brother. This is where I started to learn the science behind photography, experimenting with different photography techniques all the while being a big hobby of mine. I’d always do photoshoots for the fun of it with friends in our free time and over time, my work started to improve.
Come December 2015, my brother would receive one of the greatest returns on investments he’d ever seen; engagement photos. All jokes aside this was my very first engagement photoshoot and FAR from my last. It was just a glimpse of what was to come.
Still with me? Ok, fast forward a bit; through college I continued to hone my craft, continually dedicating myself towards getting better with my editing and composition day by day. Eventually, I got to the point where I shot my very first wedding. A cousin’s friend recommended me and for the time I’d like to say I did pretty well! From that point forward I knew I had a talent and it was only a matter of time before I could turn this into a career.
Fast forward even further to 2023, I had just been laid off, the economy was in the shitter and I loathed the idea of jumping back into the corporate world where I wouldn’t be appreciated for my skills, being overworked and underpaid. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! I’ve sunk way too much time into bettering my photography for me to do nothing with it.
And now we’re here! I’m living the dream and pursuing photography as a full-time freelancer. If it weren’t for everyone who continually showed me love and support I wouldn’t be here which I am eternally thankful for. I’m forever indebted to you and I’m glad you’re here to see the journey unfold.
